We deliver all SWAGWOOD orders across Bangladesh, right to your doorstep. Every piece is checked and carefully packed before it leaves us.

Delivery times are counted from when your order is confirmed. Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays or late in the evening are processed on the next working day. Customized or personalized items (for example engraved or made-to-size rings) need extra making time, which we will confirm with you when you order.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team will call or message you on the phone number you gave to confirm the order and delivery address. Please keep your phone reachable — orders we cannot confirm may be delayed or cancelled.
Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please pay the full amount to the delivery rider when you receive your parcel.
Receiving Your Parcel
- Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
- If the package looks damaged or opened, please do not accept it and contact us right away.
- We recommend recording a short unboxing video — it helps us resolve any issue quickly.
