Welcome to SWAGWOOD. By using swagwood.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Products
We make every effort to show our jewelry, leather goods and apparel accurately. Because many pieces are handcrafted, small differences in finish, colour or weight are natural and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.
2. Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and let you know.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after our team verifies it with you by phone or message. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. Payment is due in full when you receive your order. For customized items, we may ask for an advance payment before we start making them.
5. Shipping, Exchanges & Refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund & Exchange Policy.
6. Customized Products
Customized, engraved and made-to-size items are made specially for you. Please check names, text and sizes carefully before you confirm — these items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they arrive damaged or different from what you approved.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product photos, designs, logos and text, belongs to SWAGWOOD. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SWAGWOOD is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events or other situations outside our control. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
