7-Day Exchange
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order for a different size, a different design, or if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it
- Returned with its original packaging, box and any tags
- Sent with your order number or proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Exchanged
- Customized, engraved or personalized items, including made-to-size and customized rings
- Items that have been worn, damaged, resized or altered after delivery
- Items bought on clearance or final sale
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will replace it at no extra cost, including delivery.
Delivery Charges for Exchanges
For size or design changes, the customer pays the delivery charge for sending the new item. For damaged, defective or wrong items, SWAGWOOD covers all delivery costs.
Refunds
We do not usually give cash refunds — we exchange items or offer store credit instead. If we cannot replace a damaged, defective or wrong item because it is out of stock, we will refund the amount you paid within 7 working days through bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
How to Request an Exchange
- Call or WhatsApp 01910750375, or email swagwood.bd@gmail.com, with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Our team will confirm and arrange the pickup or return.
- Once we receive and check the item, we will send the replacement.
